A hayride with Emily

On October 12th, me and Emily went on a hayride for Emily's church. We sat in a wagon and it was the first wagon in a line of wagons because we had a line of tractors. And the first wagon was the singing wagon, so we sang songs that I had no idea what were the titles of the songs because they were from Emily's church but I caught on. And I learned some really cool songs with hand movements and some of them were funny and most of them had God and Jesus involved with them. When we got to the site where we were supposed to stay, there was a campfire and we were surrounded by cornfields so there were cornstalks everywhere.

Me and Emily and her cousins Erin and Maren, we played frisbee and soccer and it was really fun. Then it was time for us to eat supper, so we went through a whole buffet and we had hot dogs and carrots and chips and there were cookie bars and after the end of supper, we did a prayer and everybody roasted marshmallows and we put them into smores and we ate them.

Then we played lava monsters on the wagons because the wagons didn't have anyone on them. Then we played rock paper scissors tag and then we all loaded up on the wagons again but first we played a game where you had to guess a number and the person who guessed the number right would get a hard candied apple with nuts or Nerds or M&Ms. And so we all loaded on the wagon and we drove home and we sang songs on the way home. And then we got into Emily's car, and we played with a game called Bop-It. And then I got home and said goodbye and we had a good everyday evening again.

The End.
